1. General Information
These general terms and conditions apply to all sales made on the website www.safoum.com, managed by Safoum, an independent visual artist.

2. Artwork Offered
All pieces available for purchase are original artworks, hand-painted with acrylic on canvas by Safoum. Each painting is either a unique piece or part of a very limited series.
Photos are presented with care, but slight color variations may occur depending on screen settings.
3. Pricing
Prices are listed in euros (€).
VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
4. Orders
Orders can be placed directly through www.safoum.com.
A confirmation email is sent once payment has been validated.
Payments are securely processed via credit card or PayPal.
5. Shipping
Artworks are carefully packaged and shipped within 3 to 7 business days after the order is confirmed.
Each shipment includes tracking information, sent by email once dispatched.

Pieces are securely packaged with reinforced protection, suitable for international transport.

6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, customers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the artwork, excluding personalized or custom-made pieces, which are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
In case of a return, return shipping fees remain the buyer’s responsibility.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returned items must be in original condition, packaged securely.
Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
8. Liability
Safoum is not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping provider, but every effort is made to ensure safe and timely delivery.
9. Personal Data
Customer data collected during checkout is used solely to process and fulfill the order.
No data is ever shared with third parties.
In accordance with GDPR, customers may request to modify or delete their data at any time.
